ACC
A DIY solution to protect your vehicle underbody.
Goldseal ACC is a rustproofing and rust killing treatment for hand, brush or pressure pot application to vehicles, stationary equipment, hollow members, chassis rails and odd cavities. This all-in-one solution suppresses rust, penetrates cracks and oils, and displaces moisture in a single coat. It works best in areas where corrosion is very difficult to prepare or coat, making it ideal for heavy vibrations and moving parts. It’s not a chassis paint or a bitumen underbody, it’s an oil based compound let down with solvent that is applied cold.
Having been in the New Zealand market for 50+ years, Goldseal ACC is endorsed by panelbeaters and underbody professionals across the country and stays active for the whole of its working life. It can be recoated without removal, spot removed for inspection. hand rectified after inspection, or completely removed by steam cleaning.
A two-step cure for corrosion
Step 1
Its soft spray application gives it the flexibility to penetrate crevices in chassis and frame rails, wheel wells, exhaust systems, and more.
Step 2
Setting as a dry film, ACC retains active capillary tendencies against corrosion throughout its working life.
Not familiar with Goldseal ACC?
Goldseal is not a paint. It’s an active rust treatment that can be applied to existing red rust without grinding or sandblasting. It is particularly effective on chassis joints and flitch strengthened sections where the oils will creep right through the flitch panel interface.
